After you fill in Health & Nutrition questionnaire , we will begin with a FREE online Consultation/Assessment, this will help me understand your fitness level in helping to establish realistic goals. It also provides an opportunity to observe your postural alignment, stationary and moving. This information will give me a better idea of what recommendations will be required in designing your individualized fitness plan.

MEAL COACHINGMy meal guides are not based on fad diets or deprivation.I provide the knowledge you need to feel confident about cooking and eating healthy at home or on the go.You will learn how real food can transform your mind and body and prevent lose calcium and other minerals which plays major role with bone density.I will teach you that you don’t have to sacrifice the food you love to look the way you want, will help you make meal choices at restaurants ahead of time so that you don’t feel stressed going out for dinner with friends .You will gain tools and confidence that will stay with you forever .
TRACKING RESULTSTracking your progress brings you confidence and keeps you motivated. I will track your progress from the beginning and during your training program with measurements, taking pictures, weight-in and feedback, to allow adjustment to be made when needed in order to continually move forward towards your goal.
